Supergirl

This film was released in 1984 while I was living in Germany. Don't remember too much of the movie, but do remember that I thought that Helen Slater didn't seem right for the part of Supergirl. Also starring in this film was Peter O'Toole, Mia Farrow, and Faye Dunaway. You may or may not enjoy this film as I personally thought it was boring.

As for the score by Jerry Goldsmith, well it is Goldsmith and his scores rarely go wrong. Another strong main title for sure. There are 23 tracks that show you why Jerry Goldsmith is THE COMPOSER of our time. His passing was a shocker and we can all be pleased that he continues to live through all the recordings he left us. This has got to be on your soundtrack shelf in one form or another.
